Dr. Luke quickly saw my sick dog, diagnosed the issue, and created a treatment plan. The staff thoroughly explained his condition and aftercare, consistently going above and beyond. Maxwell is improving daily, and I'm so grateful for the excellent care at Vintage Heights.
I adopted a puppy from a local rescue. It had been taken to VH for puppy visit/shots. Being VH was close to my home I decided to keep VH as our new vet. Called VH, spoke to Melanie, in April to confirm they were accepting new clients, update the puppy's information, switch over everything from the rescue to my name. Dr Luke is amazing with both of my dogs and their individual needs. The techs are also amazing and have helped one of my babies feel more comfortable (she’s always nervous at the vet)! Dr Luke is so kind and friendly I’m his interactions and you can tell how much he really cares!! He is not pushy, but gives you all options. I couldn’t be happier with the care we’ve received!
The absolute best vets in Lincoln. They go above and beyond in the care of my Dog. Excellent with communication and have gotten us in last second when needed. When we lost our first dog several years ago they send a plant and hand written condolences card!
Do not recommend this place. This place was the only VET in Lincoln we ever took our dog for 3 years. This week my dog got hit by car and emergency hospital recommended us to go our regular vet after discharging our dog. We drove there 30 minutes before they open to make sure the dog can be seen and as they open up I called them and they didn’t even want to check the dog. I had to deal with my wounded dog all day with my kids crying and my dog lost lot of blood until I found another place. I spent over $3000 here for just re... read more
