Every person I have encountered at this office has been warm, friendly, and informative. Their service has always been quick and accommodating, even during Covid. Big thanks to Dr. Pierce who was extremely helpful!
Had a great experience with Dr. Shumack and her assistant, who coaxed my 16 week kitten out from behind the exam table and helped us both understand that all of it, even the shots, were ok. Kitten Charlie and I look forward to returning! (Ok... maybe me more than Charlie! 😊)
Just moved from out-of-state and brought my ailing cat in to see Dr. Pierce. As a life-long pet owner who has had many wonderful veterinarians treat my pets, Dr. Pierce is the best. She takes her time to examine and evaluate, explains in detail the diagnosis and treatment plan, and has a gentle manner that is calming to the animal. It is obvious she has an abundance of knowledge and experience that she draws on and I am overjoyed that I found a vet I can trust for my beloved pets.

When Palmer needed knee surgery, we had gone to two previous veterinary offices, but found Village Center Veterinary Care is the absolute best! They will be our forever Veterinarians. The knee repair surgery was perfect, and really love and care for Palmer.

I really like Dr. Anne Pierce. She is very understanding and takes the time to talk to you without making you feel like you're taking up too much time. All of the receptionists and techs are very good at their jobs.
Quick service with kind professionals who made time for me the day I called in for help with my cat. Highly recommend.
