RecommendedOur rescue had a bunny that needed emergency care. This office was amazing fitting him in on a Saturday, being compassionate and on time. The care was exceptional and the cost was very reasonable. We will certainly refer people to this office as an exceptional place for treating exotics.
They are excellent! My guinea pig, Roscoe, had an issue with his eye and I was very worried but they saw him that very same day and found the problem quickly. I appreciate their response and care. Firs of all thank you to Dr. Schumack, Dr. Stewart-Bates, Dr. Pierce, and all the staff up front and in the back with all my heart. Time and again VCVC has gone above and beyond to help take care of my mini zoo from regular routine stuff to reproduction medicine to squeezing us in on already grossly swamped days for emergencies and taking calls after hours. Every person I have encountered at this office has been warm, friendly, and informative. Their service has always been quick and accommodating, even during Covid. Big thanks to Dr. Pierce who was extremely helpful!
Had a great experience with Dr. Shumack and her assistant, who coaxed my 16 week kitten out from behind the exam table and helped us both understand that all of it, even the shots, were ok. Kitten Charlie and I look forward to returning! (Ok... maybe me more than Charlie! 😊)
Just moved from out-of-state and brought my ailing cat in to see Dr. Pierce. As a life-long pet owner who has had many wonderful veterinarians treat my pets, Dr. Pierce is the best. She takes her time to examine and evaluate, explains in detail the diagnosis and treatment plan, and has a gentle manner that is calming to the animal. It is obvious she has an abundance of knowledge and experience that she draws on and I am overjoyed that I found a vet I can trust for my beloved pets.

When Palmer needed knee surgery, we had gone to two previous veterinary offices, but found Village Center Veterinary Care is the absolute best! They will be our forever Veterinarians. The knee repair surgery was perfect, and really love and care for Palmer.
