RecommendedThis was my first time taking one of my pets to valley west and I was beyond pleased with the service my cat received. For years I've went to another vet office in the area and have never felt the treatment and care as I did today! Dr. Kobyra was fantastic and so personal! She took her time with us today and I never felt rushed like I have at my previous vet hospital.. and I say "previous" because I will be getting my dogs in with Dr. Kobyra asap! Thank you again for the wonderful service!!
We have two Shih-Tzu's and we adore them. Our oldest, Jasper, is an amazing dog. He's so loving and caring. When it's mealtime he will wait until Toby, our smaller Shih-Tzu, eats before he will eat! I just love � him too pieces! Without Elk Valley Veterinarn Hospital I don't know what we'd have ever done. They saved Jasper! He was hit by a vehicle and bleeding from his little belly. The only veterinarian hospital that would put up with my obnoxious pug and his behavior. Thank goodness for the patience of Dr. Rebecca Metz.
There is no other veterinary place that I would go to, very well with animals and reception area very well clean and professional a very thero veterinary clinic, I am a very happy customer thanks Valley West.
I recently moved to WV and was beginning to think of wouldn't ever find a vet I could trust and then I took my newest family member to Elk Valley and I knew instantly this was the place we needed to be!! The vets are staff are all very pleasant and caring along with being very thorough in their exam and treatment. So blessed to have found them.
I have taken all of my pets here for over 12 years. Yesterday my cockapoo Maxie passed away. I appreciated the professionalism and care they showed me. I received a card today with Maxie ' s paw print and I nearly lost it. She was my baby for so long. Thank you Valley West, Dr. Amy Issacs, Dr. Metz and all of the rest.
