I have been taking my pets here since 2004. With the scheduling of appts, I am in and out sooner. Wonderful vets!
Called ahead of time to confirm they performed the procedure I needed done & was assured they do. Drove all the way up there to find out they do not. Huge loss of valuable time needed since we were dealing with something extremely time sensitive. Staff tried to appear knowledgeable on the subject but clearly wasn’t.
Received a card today sent from elk valley the other day we had to put down one of are babies weasel. Thank you so much for the condolence card this is one reason the rose family has dealt with elk valley and valley west for 30 yrs
Took our male cat into to get neutered a week ago. Three days later he had licked and scratched a hole in between his shoulder blades. Took him back in to have it looked at, thinking it could be a reaction at the injection site, but no one seemed to know what happened. Instead they tried to make us feel like it was something we'd done wrong and that the cat is stressed. I just started going to Valley West a few months ago when I was ready to give up on my little Bella that was overdosed on prednisone from my prior Vet and was in kidney and liver failure and was in terrible shape . My friend and groomer told me to take my Bella to Valley West and I did immediately and that is when I met Dr Amy Isaac " our guardian angel " that saved my Bella .
