I do not recommend union park animal hospital. We wound up making a choice and getting a Petland puppy while I am home on maternity leave. Due to Petland recommending working with union park I went for my Great Dane first visit so that’s what I did to go by the books even though I am a veterinary nurse elsewhere. Dr.Brown was the only part of the experience that was helpful. The technician is so undertrained wasn’t even knowledgeable about trifexis. I called this place on a Saturday and told them I needed an appointment right away because I felt like there was something wrong with one of my snakes. I explained the story and I was told they were only taking emergencies at that time. I explained again what was going on and they told me that it was probably just the cold weather that was making my snake lethargic. They told me I could make an appointment for Monday. PLEASE DON’T TAKE YOUR PRECIOUS PETS HERE! This has been the absolute WORST veterinary hospital I have ever been to. They have completely abused and mistreated our yorkipoo puppy. We took our puppy there because the doctor has a contract with Petland. We were sold a sick dog with Parvo and he was admitted to this hospital. He stayed there for nine days enduring everything you can think of. We were told he beat Parvo and we could pick him up.
