We had been coming to Towne Center Animal Hospital at; The location was 4401 Colleyville Blvd. Colleyville, Tx 76034 for the past few years and have always been treated with respect and sensitivity when it came to our beloved Shitz Tzu babies. Dr. Johnson has always been accommodating with us. Also Amber the tech was very sensitive to our visit as well on Feb 4 2025. I called to see what tests were available for my kitten who recently tested positive for Feline Leukemia Virus. I've been really heartbroken and was recommended by a previous vet to retest so was calling around to find a decent price. Brandi was put on the phone and told me, very rudely, that there was no point in testing again, that it was incurable, and that he'd have it forever, which I'm well aware of. I agree with another reviewer. Dr. Correll was an amazing, heartfelt, personable, and gifted veterinarian! Unfortunately, he had to move which was awful news for our family. He had gone through a death of a poodle and his compassions pales to no comparison with any other. I also understand there is no other Dr. Correll. So, I take my dog to Dr. Chang. She was fair the first time my dog needed teeth removal and a cleaning, but the second time she lied to me. My dog had teeth removed and bloodwork done 7 months prior to anoth... read more

This used to be owned by Dr. Correll. Dr. Johnston took the practice over and everything went downhill quickly. Prices went up. They actually charge to clip nails up clinic visit. I took my dog in for a tailbone injury. They didn't do their due diligence the first time around with examination, so had to bring back a second time and they charged for second examination when it was their fault for not catching first time. Dr. Judd and his staff nearly missed giving my animal one of their three needed shots until I asked "weren't they suppose to get another shot." Their reply was no, but as I was about to walk out the door they stopped me wanting to give the "other" mystical shot. I truly believe it was the animal's rabies vaccination. I would not recommend the new owners of Towne Center Animal Hospital at all. Dr. Correll was amazing, but not these individuals.
