I have called several times, the most recent being yesterday. The message says that it could take 24 hours for call to be returned. No one ever calls me back. I've also spoken to staff and told that someone would check and get back to me, again, no one calls me back. This has happened more than once. Phone problems have been sited in the past but that just seems to be an excuse. We were recommended this vet clinic by Petland and our initial visit went just fine. The staff was friendly. However, my puppy injured her paw on a Saturday, after hours. I waited until Monday to call to try to get her into an appointment to get x-rays. I called 6 times over the course of an hour, with no answer any of the times. I left a voice message on the 6th call, detailing the issue and leaving my number. The message system stated non-emergency calls would be returned within 24 hours.
