Everyone was super nice, felt very good about Dr Wayne's suggestion
I can't begin to say enough good things about Dr. Wayne and his staff. He has helped every dog I have brought into his office. His staff is very caring and Dr. Wayne doesn't mind taking the time to talk to you if you have any questions or concerns. I highly recommend them!!
To Dr. Wayne and the entire staff of lovely ladies who helped Miss Amoura, thank you. Thank you for your expertise, your extensive knowledge of our situation and most of all, your compassion you have for our fur babies and the relationship we have with them. Amoura is doing great and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome.
Dr Wayne and staff are outstanding. They are great with Pepe and explain everything that they are doing. They also give you written description of what they have done and what will be done in done in the furure .
My tiny papillon Zoey broke both bones in her front leg. We were sent to Dr Wayne from Americus, GA. He is a miracle worker! He put a tiny plate and screws in. We did everything he said to do and today you can’t tell that there was ever anything wrong. She jumps, runs and plays with her brothers and sisters. All the staff was great. They knew Zoey by name whenever she came in. I would recommend Dr Wayne and the staff to anyone who wants fantastic care for their fur baby.
My Gracie broke both of her tiny bones in her left front leg, called the Radius and Ulna. We were sent to SOUTHEASTEN VETERINARY SURGERY CENTER, from our veterinarian in Perry, GA. Dr. Wayne did Grace’s surgery and put pins and screws in her little leg. The staff and Dr. Wayne were just fantastic. We had to travel for a couple of hours, one way, to see them, but it was worth it all. The price was not as bad as I had expected either. Gracie is healed and Dr. Wayne & his wonderful staff had something to do with it. God i... read more
Awesome group of folks! My dog had surgery on his knee and they have been great. We're still in the recovery process....but so far so good!!
I have been a loyal client of this veterinary practice since they opened and was one of their first 200 patients (that is what the receptionist told me). As someone who runs an animal rescue, I've always appreciated their professionalism and care. However, something has drastically changed recently. Please read their response to this review- if you want to go somewhere that is upset by the phrase "let me explain" or argue if 4+ surgeries with them is considered a "long-time client", good luck if you are a first-time patient.... read more
Business response:
We at SEVSC always try to prioritize every client & pet in our care. However, we must fact check items you stated in your review: 1. You said you have been a “loyal client since (we) opened” & “one of (our) first 200 patients.” SEVSC has been in business since 2013, the rescue you are affiliated with was an inactive client since 2019 (5yrs). Not sure that is considered a “long-time client.” 2. You stated that we would not provide a 4hr window for consultation. You ELECTED to schedule a drop-off consultation in order to not w... read more
