First time visiting this veterinary hospital and was SO impressed! Excellent diagnostics (caught something other vets did not catch), took their time, explained everything in great detail and were so kind to my pet. Beautiful office. Very reasonably priced. Overall, just a great experience! We have certainly made this our permanent animal hospital. Thank you, Dr. Boote and staff ---- you are just fantastic.

A wonderful experience. Dr Boote is attentive, sensitive, and sincerely cares about her patients. And her prices were much more reasonable than I expected. Honestly, I could not have afforded a huge bill to keep my pet alive, and this made the difference between life and death for my pet! She did so much... x-rays, anesthesia, antibiotics, etc... and the bill was well within my budget. It was not all "about the money" which is so common in life today. Took my leopard gecko to this vet yesterday on 8/9. I came back home from a trip and noticed that my leopard geckos belly and side was black. Her care taker while I was gone told me she had been acting fine and was just a little lethargic throughout the time I was gone, but no black belly or side. First visit there with our 2 dogs. The vet tech was not friendly to us or our dogs. When the vet came in, she didn't introduce herself (l didn't even know her name until we got the bill) no conversation ( for example: We are glad you chose us. I see you're new to the area, how are the dogs adjusting?) She spent about 4 minutes checking out our 1st dog and even less time on our second and didn't mention her heart murmur ( if it had gotten worse, etc....)until l asked about it and she wanted to do an echo. Shahola vet ! Brought our dog into them because he wad lathargic . The day before he had a fight with a racoon . She checked his entire body for punture wounds or scratches and did not find any . She was told it was not really a contact fight that we saw, he was barking and the raccoon ran away Once she heard raccoon that was it , she did not want to do any blood work or tests she was hell Bent on rabbies even tho he had his vaccine . Staff is rude! They are all about the money! Completely overcharge for drugs and visit! Avoid this place at all costs.

We are in the middle of renovations so we can't see your ailing pet for 6 to 8 weeks...not getting a good vibe with an answer like that. Will find someone else...ugh
