We were passing through on our way to Springfield, and our dog got sick. This clinic was nearby so I called. They were very courteous, told us to bring Bonnie right in. After treatment, the doctor gave me a link to a website where I could find more information about Bonnie's problem, should I need it, and even called my cell phone the next day to find out how things were going! Very professional and caring, and if I lived in Columbia I would definitely be switching to this vet.

I've brought my dog in here for vaccinations and helped my friend bring her dog in for euthanasia. Both times, the staff was caring and knowledgeable. The doctor followed up my dog's exam with some research on a condition we talked about and then emailed me. She didn't just forget about it. The prices were fair. I plan to continue bringing my pets here.

If you want to spend a lot of money, definitely take your animal here. It's not that they're not good but they're very expensive. I had to have my animal cleared with a medical certificate to fly on an airline. She was just examined, not even two months ago. They not only charged for the health certificate. They charged a $70 for a full exam that she did not need. The medication's that they prescribed are very expensive. A small tube of appetite stimulant medicine they charge $56 for. High turn over means most employees are not fear free certified, and for what it is worth, that certification just means they took 8 hours worth of online classes. How they truthfully deal with most resistant animals is to sedate them, even for routine procedures such as nail trims. Additionally, their prices are quite high compared with other service providers in the area, and the quality of care does not justify the charges.
