Recommended RecommendedI had written a review a few years ago about how wonderful it was to have such a wonderful Vet in Brock. I am now writing again, it was Christmas Eve and my daughters lab needed surgery. They were wonderful , they took the time to do the surgery and took wonderful care of zefer her black lab. We are so blessed to have to have them here in Brock. Thanks again Doc for all your great help and your wonderful staff.
Recommendedcalled before they closed. needed them to come put a dog to sleep. was willing to pay the ranch call fee for the comfort of the dog plus he weighed 120+ I could not get him in the truck. quote 325 + 125 after hours call. it's a 15 minute drive. you can delete me from your records. I'll never use you again. took a sick cat in after hours also, shots and eye ointment 256$. that's more than urgent care for people. btw got it done for 160.

If you don’t mind the staff scheduling a house call - with Dr Cate’s knowledge - and then forgetting to put it on the schedule.... and having Dr Cate refuse to honor the appt after you have been waiting & call to confirm, this clinic is great. Seriously, between Riverstone and Grote - both owned by Cate - I’ve tried them 3 different times, and each time, something was forgotten or screwed up. Hello Ms. Crane, our staff member did make a mistake by not putting you on the schedule for 3:30, which she apologized for immensely when the mistake was brought to her attention. She even rectified the situation by asking Dr. Cate to correct her mistake and fit you into his already fully booked day instead of rescheduling since you requested a euthanasia.
