Our 17-year-old cat, Waffles, was euthanized at this clinic in May 2026. What has been most difficult for us was not the euthanasia itself, but the lack of communication surrounding it. We were told that our cat would be taken briefly to the treatment area for catheter placement and then returned to us so we could spend as much time with her as we wanted before euthanasia. Make sure you get any charge giving to you in writing as they will change and said that what they told you. The lady in the office with heavy accent said had 10 days to get shipping certificate- they did not honor and charge more then they said and did not honor what she said did another visit to run bill up did not honor what she told me. Use someone else!
Dr. Woodard was very professional and took care of our issues quickly. They arrived within 2 hours of calling!! Her assistant was friendly and competent! Will use them again for sure!!
Difficult to deal with and not respectful to people in charge of the horses
