This being my first visit to Rau with my chocolate lab I was impressed with the quality of care and explanation of the injury and potential steps for treatment. I know it is not a reflection on the practice , rather thanks to Covid 19, but I really would have liked to accompany my dog into the evaluation room and get a better feel of this Veterinary Hospital and its people. Feedback and insight into the situation can be lost when the owner is not present with the Vet.

We have 4 dogs that are patients at the practice. Each Dr. and Vet Tech are always caring courteous and always willing to listen to our concerns. Never feel rushed. Absolutely best pet care anywhere.

I find all of your staff, from reception to admin to tech and nurses, to be wonderful. As for the vets, Jane Kirchhoffer is a treasure. With Sophie in crisis, Jane found an appointment slot where she could aspirate the problem fluid for a culture, and ease Sophie's painful swelling. I'm very grateful.
