As always My Lucy girl always always gets the best care at Rau. Thank you this time to Pat who answered the office phone and was very sufficient and quick to email Lucy's records over right away to me. I have had animals at Rau since I was born and would never think of going anywhere else. Thank you for all you do especially the clerical staff for always being so pleasant.

We have 4 dogs that are patients at the practice. Each Dr. and Vet Tech are always caring courteous and always willing to listen to our concerns. Never feel rushed. Absolutely best pet care anywhere.

I find all of your staff, from reception to admin to tech and nurses, to be wonderful. As for the vets, Jane Kirchhoffer is a treasure. With Sophie in crisis, Jane found an appointment slot where she could aspirate the problem fluid for a culture, and ease Sophie's painful swelling. I'm very grateful.
