The office and vet tech's have been very accommodating with scheduling our dog's monthly appointments for his allergy shots. Additionally, the vet tech's have been so great with our dog and flexible with administering the injection outside or even in the car when my dog has not been cooperating to get out of the car. He has become increasingly nervous and it's become really difficult to get him out of the car. However, I have felt that they worked with us and accommodated the situation.

Everyone is so nice! A little skeptical about the parking lot pick up, but it seemed to flow seamlessly. Still would prefer to be in the exam room but I understand the protocols. Dr. Jane is amazing and very efficient .
Been going to Rau for years. They are the best! After I lost my Kerry Blue Truman I vowed never to get another dog. I now have an adorable miniature schnauzer puppy named Gracie Maye. And of course as always Rau is my go to place.
