Rau fills prescription refills over the phone and they are ready for pickup quite quickly. Parking is easy--including handicapped spaces (very important to me), and i am very grateful to Dr. O'loughlin for taking over the care of my "ancient" beagle when his lifelong vet died suddenly a year ago. Staff at the reception desk is friendly and helpful--so all the stars for the entire operation.

We moved out of the PA for 12 year, coming back to the Philly area just over two years ago, now living in New Hope. We brought back with us 4 beloved rescue dogs. We tried other vets nearby, but no where did we find the compassion and understanding like we did at Rau. So despite driving an hour to see them we know it's the best for our pets.
