RAU is absolutely amazing. I called on a very busy week (4th of July holiday approaching) and asked if they could squeeze my (very tempermental) dog in for his shots and I need to board him this weekend. They were completely booked but called me back within 5 minutes to tell me they could get me an appointment that evening. I had a great experience with my appointment for Nera on June 30th with the new protocols with Covid 19 procedures. The only thing I was slightly dissatisified with was the fact that it took 20-25 minutes to process my invoice and this was after my dog was returned to me and I even asked a staff member that came out and picked up another pet from an owner to check on it for me. I finally called and my invoice was processed immediately but my pet in I had already waited in the car for over 20 minutes.
Very happy with the availability (how soon I could get an appointment) and with the vet. Also, the receptionists were polite and helpful. My only complaint is that the prices are steep! And what's with the $5 fee tacked on to every for medical disposal? Again, steep.
Thank you for taking care of my best friend TomCat. To see him in distress and pain when I came home from work at 430pm. Hearing him cry out in pain and seeing him breathing heavy I was panicking if i would be able to get an appointment, . I called Rau, and was told that i could bring Tomcat in immediately.

There are not adequate words to express my appreciation for the care my dog Francie received on June 27, 2020. We had been up all night because Francie was in obvious distress. i was beyond upset and called Rau desperate for help. From the receptionist, Terry, who took my call and was as understanding and compassionate as a person can be, to the nurse, Chris, who gently picked up Francie from my car, shaking and scared, to the Vet on that day, Dr. Rozak who successfully diagnosed and cured the problem, I could not have asked... read more

Excellent service even during Covid! Very organized, good systems in place. I felt like my dog was very taken care of even though I couldn’t be in the room with him. I like that the Dr spoke with me on the phone and I felt like everything was covered and we weren’t rushed. Thank you once again Rau!!!
