Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with any doctor, animal, or human. If I could give zero stars I would. I'm a senior citizen. I brought in a rescue bird. A bird that was mistreated by its original owners. A bird sanctuary knew I had experience with cockatoos, and asked if I could take care of 'Alfie'. On my last two visits with Dr. Micco she yelled and lost her temper. What a terrible experience. Everyone there is rude and get ready to wait. We will never go back. Not worth the cost. And the owner is never to be found. Hiding in the back when issues come about.
They take advantage and charge you whatever they could - they took appointments and then .... you go and you don’t have the appointment They charged me medicine for 2 weeks and it last 1 week , NOT RECOMENDED AT ALL!!!!! $300 for a certificate to travel to Utah and 2 vaccines !!!!!!!!!!! On the phone they said $130 everything NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL
