We just brought our dog, Nori home, after spending 3 1/2 days hospitalized due to xylitol poisoning. This is a substance found in many sugar free gums, mints, etc. Please spread the word that it is toxic to dogs! Dr. Baldwin and team treated our pup with such compassion and dedication. She truly went beyond what anyone would expect. Things are looking up for Nori and it is all thanks to the excellent care she received. Thank you so much!
Wonderful, caring, and dedicated over the top to our dog's well being. They have always gone out of their way to help every time. Very knowledgeable after our dog was misdiagnosed at a different vet, they were able to diagnose and treat Josie right away which led us to switch vets and have never looked back. We recommend them to everyone. When our dog had to be put down we got a card personally signed by every staff member there with really heartfelt messages not just the short and sweet usual condolences. I "enjoy" going to the vet! They are very knowledgeable, kind and courteous. I never feel rushed and Dr. Josh always stays until all my questions are answered. Not just answered, but answered in terms that I can understand!! First rate hospital in my opinion!
Amazing, lovable, and knowledgeable staff has made each and every visit extremely welcoming Dr. Cristy really cares about our fur baby and is super sweet.
