Great place for the per and the owner, they did all they could to take care of our dog, they follow up with you to see how your pet is doing and they also explain clearly the case to you. I highly recommend it.

I took my 2 dogs for a weekend stay. When I picked them up, they smelled so bad I had to get them wwashed. My Westie acted as if she had not eaten in days and the other felt like her belly would pop. They were super thirsty. A few days later they began sneezing and coughing and gagging. My little one became winded after walking down the stairs. I took them to my vet and they are now on...
I was happy until today. They added on charges that were not disclosed. On top of that they said that my two small dogs had fleas when they were just groomed. Mine were not the only dogs in the office. The vet was too busy to speak to me despite my concerns. Maybe others have had great experiences, but as a referred customer and a first time boarder; I'm not pleased at ALL!
