I had an overall good experience at Pawsitive Pet Care. The only negative was that I could have used a little more information about what tests were being done and how they were being done. I also was not sure what tests were necessary, just suggested or not needed at all. Was offered coffee while waiting which was a great gesture!

I was very satisfied with my experience at Pawsitive Pet Care. The staff takes great care of Patches and is sensitive to her reluctance to let other people touch her. Her history of abuse in a puppy mill makes her uneasy around people that she does not know.

so, last night at 11:30 pm, my bulldog puppy decides to choke on something. it was bad, like 911 bad. hacking, barely wheezing air in, looking up at me begging for help. so i get dressed as fast as i can, rush him out to the truck and start flying as fast as i can toward pawsitive pet care. i call their emergency number to make sure the doc can meet me there. my dog laying beside me, possibly...

They advertise as 24hr vet clinic. This is not true 100%. It is only for FREQUENT PATIENTS.

It's truly sad you would let someone's treasured pet die just because they are not patients. Would NEVER bring anything to your establishment.
