RecommendedPaws on the Duck and Diann could not have been nicer to us or our Chloe during her stay. Diann was wonderful, with awesome updates to ease our mind as we were away. Thank you all so much for a job well done. I'm so glad I have such a safe place for Chloe to go if the occasion arises.

RecommendedWhat a great place, I've used the grooming service already and Jennifer did a great job. They will definitely have my boarding business also. Their brand new boarding house with the spacious outside runs is a great place for my pack while I'm away.

My husband took our Australian Shepherd in to be groomed for the first time since we adopted him and specifically asked to make sure they knew how to do Aussie cuts. He was assured they did. He specified where to keep the length and just clean it up a bit just to be sure they didn’t trim too short. Unfortunately, our dog was trimmed super short around his face and ears (and all over) - he doesn’t even look like an Aussie anymore. 😞 I wish they would have been honest if they didn’t know how to do a proper Aussie cut. What a shear horrific experience. My mother’s dog was sprayed at Paws on the Duck while the employee took him out to pee, and they refused to take care of him. My mother had to return early from vacation to tend to her dog. Extremely unprofessional but to top it off they tried to state that the dog was like this when he was dropped off days earlier. DO NOT take your loved pet to Paws on the Duck.
when i booked appt they told me to get updated rabies shot and nothing else when we get there to drop her off on Friday morning before work they tell us she needed 2 other shots?!?! which would have been fine had we known on Monday since i took her to my vet and had shots on Wednesday! so then they had to give her shots since i was stuck because had to go to work so that meant More money for them because Dr Vaughn owns this place!
