Horrible customer service. They charged a $136 deposit and I called ahead to let them know that I'm running late and they decided to cancel my appointment and told me to pay Another $136 deposit. I Just moved into a new home in the area and couldn't find one of my cats that was supposed to go to the appointment. If they can't be understanding of running 15 minutes behind because of circumstances, then I want nothing to do with this place.

This isnt an easy review for me to write, but because you love your pet as a member of the family, I encourage you to read on. We had been loyal patients here with both of our dogs and 5 cats for the past 6 years. I am well aware with any business, there are pros and cons. The staff and Vets are very caring and compassionate, it was one of the worst days of our lives because we had brought our beloved dog in due to illness and she spent a few days there on an iv but unfortunately there was nothing that could be done and we had to make the difficult decision to put her down and the staff gave us all the time we wanted to say our goodbyes and we stayed right by her side until she closed her eyes and breathed her last breath
