Two thumbs up! AMAZING. We rushed our fur baby to their office for first time a hour before they closed. The receptionist acknowledged my baby by name and had a room waiting for her, they took the time to make sure we all felt comfortable! (in complete honesty, I was a mess and my cat was nervous ) after that They, jumped right into action. I have been a long time doggie mama. I absolutely love Monon Animal hospital!!! I have always received excellent care!!! The staff is awesome and goes beyond and above care! I will miss Dr. Simpson but Dr. Reuter gives Pip excellent care. I am thankful for Monon Hospital.
Every staff interaction from the initial phone call to the actual appointment was so incredibly warm and kind. I have to drive 30 minutes for these appointments (and I pass at least two other vets on my drive), but it is 100000% worth it. I trust Monon Animal Hospital with Elle's care and I'm so grateful someone recommended you to me.
We love the vets and the staff… and they love our Buddy!! We know our dog will be treated as if one of their own. I trust them to provide the best care.
Recently moved to Indy and had no vet. Called Monon and they got my Puppy in the same day. Tech was great, vet was great with her. Prescribed med and change of food. Even called the next day to check up on her. Have recommended to all my friends and family. Go there, you won't be disappointed.
