I am not happy with response time! I called for help on my cats at 11:30 am, called them back at 5, just to be told no technician was there to help, and that they would be closed tomorrow. I needed help with my cats and desperately needed a call back.
My family had to find a vet to euthanize our dog. I called around and this one was not the cheapest but they seem very knowledgeable in their process and walked me through how everything would play out. We were needing to euthanize our dog Fourth of July week. I called on Monday and had to set an appointment for Friday because of our jobs. We are so very sorry at the loss of your pet. We do our absolute best to make room for euthanasia’s as we know how difficult and painful that time is for the patient and owner and we absolutely hate turning someone down in their time of need. On the evening of July 3rd when your husband called 10 minutes before closing we had one vet on staff who was dealing with two sick patients we had to squeeze in near the end of the day as well as a previously scheduled appointment.
