Staff was super friendly, the Veterinarian was amazing. They all helped me to find the best financial option to take care of my fur baby, as well as the best option to treat her within My budget.

HUGE shout out and thank you to Lone Tree Urgent Care! Our 11 month old kitty was lifeless and drooling and at 747pm we rushed over to them for help. They roomed us immediately and the vet tech assessed and then the vet came in and introduced himself and assessed our fur baby. They explained that they would keep him for xrays to look for any airway obstruction and as soon as they got the results, they'd call us to come back. I had a great experience here. We just adopted a kitten not too long ago and noticed she had a pretty bad cough. Brought her in for an exam, x-ray, and flea treatment and additionally a steroid shot and her cough cleared right up. Also the fleas started to die pretty fast after they administered the flea medicine. Our kitten was handled with care, which we appreciate, and this vet was able to squeeze us in for a last minute appointment. Definitely recommend!
Staff are very nice and always very attentive to my dog's mood and feelings. Everyone is very knowledgeable. We had previously been at Franklin Ranch in Elk Grove close to 20 years. Very happy and satisfied with the switch.
