Very expensive! Service is all around decent but overall they charge way too much. Unless you are filthy rich, I would not recommend this clinic. After a simple procedure, I was charged an over the top amount. I don't think over charging their customers is necessary. It's sad because I would have came back to this place but I really can't afford to.

Took my 2 dogs in to get a health certificate to travel to the Bahamas. After 3 hours and more than 1000.00 I left feeling, not only had I been taken advantage of, but I was terribly overcharged. I called and asked other vets and their pricing for the same certificates was less than one third the price. I had to refuse to allow Dr April to overnight these certificates at a charge of $300.00. I believe if one leaves a negative rating for a place of business that it should be accompanied by an explanation. Number one, after a few years of using the services here it is obvious that there has been a change of ownership or staff. After speaking with the nice young lady initially, the fat chick that butted in at the desk was extremely rude. They charged me $35 for a simple nail trim. That included $7 for a waste disposal fee. Really, $7 for nail clippings?
