RecommendedI witnessed the staff today deal with two heartbreaking emergencies with such patience, respect and care. I was there for a routine vaccination for our dog when a staff member came out to the waiting area to tell us things would take longer and we were welcome to wait or reschedule. Nobody likes to be inconvenienced, but more importantly nobody likes to be ignored during very difficult times and the staff made sure those patients and families were treated with respect and with as little wait as possible.
