Words can't express how grateful we are to Kelsey Canine. We took our nearly 15 year old Belgian Malinois to them for laser treatments due to arthritis in his hips. We couldn't have been happier with Dr. Kelsey and his staff. Even though he hadn't been our primary vet, he was extremely helpful and guided us through a hard process. Within just a few days of being notified that Toby had to put down, we received hand written sympathy note. Our only regret was that he had not always been our veterinarian. Went in there yesterday and was asking about getting advantage multi. I was told by the lady at the desk that I had to order it online. (She was rude by the way in telling me this by acting like I was a nuisance by being there). So this morning my wife ordered it online and then my wife gets a call from some lady there and she was rude in telling my wife put dog needed his heartworm test done.
