I had heard so many wonderful things about Johnson Animal Clinic, so when I needed a vet for a new rabbit, I was thrilled to find on their website that they have a doctor who sees them. I called and made an appointment, but when I came in I was told they "don't even see rabbits". I explained that the reason I called them was because it stated on their website that they did. Routine care, ok, but final care, definitely Not from my recent experience, putting my little girl to rest, was the most horrible minutes of her life, instead of the quiet, peaceful time that I expected as my son had with his dog at another vet's office. Never put a shunt in your dog if a small dog. I understand the usage if a large dog, but a small dog, no. I cannot get the last moments screaming unnecessarily as they forced a shunt into her leg.
