AWFUL.....AWFUL.....AWFUL!! my dog was not feeling well. i asked if i could bring him in sometime that day. i was told, "no. the doctor wants to leave early." i then asked if my dog could be seen the next morning and was told, "no. not for 2 days." i explained that my dog was not feeling well and was then told, "go to the emergency room."......i told the receptionist that it was not an emergency, but my dog just does not feel well and i would like to see the doctor sooner than later and was then told, "go some place els... read more

I have been going to this clinic for many years and have been happy. With the new vet that is there I was concerned about the transition but I can honestly say she and her staff are so very compassionate kind professional and so pleasant I am so pleased and happy that I stayed and remained with the practice with the new transition. I love the waiting room where they play a very soothing video to promote a sense of calm I give this place 4 stars

My dog had a rash. Dr prescribed antibiotics and did culture. I spent $176. I kept calling to get results and was listerally told to stop calling. Tried today to get results faxed. I got my receipt that said positive for fungus. What kind of fungus? To be blocked by receptionist is bad.

Unfortunately we had a horrible experience here. We adopted a dog from Palm Beach Animal Control 2 months ago, and had our first vet visit from the list of providers on the adoption papers. First visit was fine with Dr. Toma. Had a visit today for my dog with g.i. issues. Receptionist, Sherry, was totally disorganized and most unhelpful. Awful awful awful I wish I could put NO stars. He was trying to drag my dog to put her on scale to weigh her, I called her name calmly and got her on scale no problem. She was there to get her nails trimmed and she has to be sedated because she freaks out whenever anyone including me touches her paws. I should have walked out just him alone tugging carelessly on her leash. We can't say enough good things about Dr. Toma and his staff. They are professional, caring and knowledgeable. The office is immaculate and the staff is always attentive and kind. Once you arrive you will feel comfortable and know that you are in good hands. Every experience has been a pleasure. We wouldn't trust our dog's health with anyone else!

Today, I visited the vet for a new puppy check up. The office in modern and very clean. Upon entering, I was warmly greeted by Sheri at the front desk. After filling out the paperwork I was immediately taken in to see the doctor. His warm and caring disposition was refreshing. He discussed my puppies unique needs which included, her surroundings, household chemical use,pet interaction, vaccinations and dietary needs. being helpless in search for help with my 10 month yearold puppy with mange I was giving up and when I looked up a few clinics I found this one I was running out of options so I decided to try this , the worst thing I could have ever done!!! this clinic did NOT help at all , all it did was give me a run for my money spend over 400 dollars just to tell me something I already knew , saw no progress in the few months I gave him the medicine. Both of my dogs have been going here since we adopted them; the staff loves the dogs and calls them by name when they're being checked in and seen. When my English bulldog had an emergency, the Doctor stayed open WAY past closing time to assist and SAVE my little guy. I'm always happy with the treatment my animals receive here and I would gladly recommend this Animal Physician to anyone looking for a new vetrinatian.
