This place is an absolute joke. All they care about is your money. My mom brought her dog here (her regular vet) because he was very sick and couldn't walk. The next day her dog passed away at home. She took him up to the office and the front desk lady (Kim) said they couldn't do anything for her until she paid her full balance from the previous day. The doctors are top notch and so seem the techs in the back. The front office is run by women that wish to force feed you their religion and politics. I really do not like the front office. I get anxiety just thinking about my pups annual exam. Do your job ladies and leave your baggage home.
They are more about money then the Animals. Donations of dog food only go to shelters . one of there own clients needs a donation of dog food and she was turned away and was treated like dog shi@t. I took all of my animals out if there system when I saw with my own 2 eyes begging turned away for donated food. I will Never go back they will never get another dime from me. bye Felicia heartless people
My puppy had a severe allergic reaction to the flea medicine I bought. I gave him benadryl and a bath he has 3 inch hives and you they refused to see him until next week. Not happy!!
