My son took in his dog in for diarrhea. Dr. Byrd came in looked him over & had the tech bring in a quote for over $900. Never came back in the room again. I do not recommend! Unprofessional & shady!

Dr. Byrd did discuss and recommend several tests because of your son’s pet’s exposure to potential various infectors due to his lifestyle and because he had been experiencing straight liquid stool for 3 days per the history relayed. These were declined. The second treatment plan presented by the tech removed these tests and replaced declined treatments with other medications to match the budget. The most unprofessional and unpleasant staff. I called 3-4 weeks before planning a trip, needing a certificate of health for my pet chickens and was quoted approx. $80 per chicken. I call back when I'm ready to schedule the appointment and speak to an Associate Meagan who then turns around and tells me the price is actually $180 PER chicken.
