I love this vet and travel from Eugene just to have my dog and cat seen by the BEST!!! :) Each and every person I've dealt with has done an excellent job!!! Your fear free approach works best for my dog and cat!
This veterinarian office is the best there is. They have a no fear based approach when dealing with animals and it shows when I'm there with my dog and cat. They both are so relaxed during their examinations. I highly recommend this place to take your animals.
I have always had a very good experience. Everyone is very curteous and caring; all charges are spelled out well in advance.
Hello Vet was amazing with our puppy Nibbles, so we took our cat Cakey in, too. The team made both our pets feel relaxed and comfortable while examining them at their individual appointments. For our cat, they came up with an effective course of treatment, and she's already feeling better! Our puppy was diagnosed with a condition that may require surgery, which Hello Vet doesn't do, but they do provide a referral service. Everyone on the team was great both times we went!
I am very grateful Hello Vet was able to fit my dog in for his dental cleaning and paws inspection & nail trimming so quickly and efficiently. It has given us peace of mind; and my dog right now is napping and stretching his paws that are twitching with relief I believe :). Hello Vet has been a wonderful place for my scared rescue dog! The vet and vet techs have been so patient to gain her trust. You can tell they really know how to handle nervous dogs. Destiny and Dae were wonderful! Dr. Katie Stern was wonderful too. She did not force my dog into anything and was so patient with her and explaining things to me. I loved that Dae was very careful to not make sudden or loud noises. She moved slowly and spoke very gently which I know made my dog be comfortable around her. Thank you Dae!
Best vet I've ever been to! I'm glad I have found Hello Vet! Dr. Cate Mullen and techs are very gentle with our cat and you can tell they make him feel comfortable.
I just visited Hello Vet Pet Wellness Center with our dogs. We are very happy with taking our family members to Hello Vet and we know that they will receive the best care! We had a 2 dog appointment. I would have thought it was a lot, but they were so attentive and multi tasking at the same time.
I appreciate the ease of getting in, the care given to my cats and myself I have been very happy with everyone. Every time. Listening , no pressure and obvious love for animals
