Unfortunately, my daughter had to say goodbye to her 2yr male cat. The staff and the Dr. seemed really nice and sympathetic. She was just heartbroken, trying to get herself together in the parking lot. As she was about to get in her car, 2 Sheriff's park in front of her car and approached her. seems you're only interested in your wealth and not the well fair of pet owners. and the lack of compassion shown by your staff, well that deplorable.
let me just start with the three bad visits I've had there. number one my dog peaches was very sick last year I went to the vet talked to her, they diagnosed her and told me that I was going to have to spend $400 every two weeks on medication to save her and my reaction was a little taken so they said well then you can just euthanize her then! and the way she said it upset me so much I literally grabbed my purse and I left. 2 weeks ago I took my dog Lucy there because she has cancer and she had a sore on her elbow which was ... read more
Dr. Hale and his staff are some of the worst I have ever dealt with. Never would take my animal to them.
Unless you want your pet misdiagnosed and then overcharged for tests that were not done in the back as said, I would steer as clear away from them as possible. Proof testing was not due based on a secondary vet office for worsening. They can say they do whatever they want if your pet is in the back and there is no way to verify. Don't leave your furry family member and believe tests are done, request you be with them.
I think the Dr was new but did our pound hound good
