After a not-so-hot experience with a previous vet, I found the staff and Dr. Coll to be extremely attentive, compassionate, and well in-tune with their patients' needs. I was squeezed in for an urgent appointment And could not be happier with the thorough and comprehensive care. A drive from Livonia was totally worth it!

I have been taking my pets here for over 2 years. The practice manager was dodging my phone calls and the receptionist gave me such an attitude when I complained about the practice manager. All I wanted was to get medication for my cats ears. Medication that I had already spent thousands of dollars in vet visits to figure out was necessary and would continue to be necessary. 3 times now I have taken my dog here and have gotten a bill that was more than double what the original estimate was. Today while taking my dog in for a dental cleaning I was told my estimate would be between $1000-$1300. After questioning why and sitting for 20 minutes waiting for an answer I was told the new estimate was $650-$850. How can I trust you with my pets life if you cannot give me any kind of accurate estimate to her care? After 46 years as a customer I have decided to take my business elsewhere. Never had a problem with the previous owners. Its like pulling teeth to get Dr. Coll to return a call. Message on her cell phone states will call back IF she can. Two days and still no call bsck. That's not the kind of response I want. I am not going to put my dogs lives in jeopardy because Dr. Coll is unprofessional and doesn't care about her patients
