They don't seem to be interested in new patients. I called with a sick kitten was was given an appointment 10 days from the call. I thought he had an upper respiratory infection and specifically asked them if it was dangerous for him and they gave me no feedback. I had him seen elsewhere for the infection. Save yourself the call if this isn't your established vet.

I have had a great experience with the quality of care from HVC. However, trying to get Dr. Brown to call back for follow up information is nothing short of pulling teeth and often requires more than three phone calls to FINALLY get a short email in response. And if I have follow up questions to the email, well, good luck trying to get back in touch. This happens every. single .time. Extremely frustrating and certainly takes much away from an otherwise positive experience.

We have been going to Harmony for a few years, they're expensive. We brought our dog in for a teeth cleaning and for some reason, they removed a tumor from her anus. After some reservations returning there after our last debacle with Harmony's lack of professionalism (poor communication on the regular) I think we're done going there, Wheatridge Animal Hospital is further from our home but never ever did things like Harmony does. Think twice about using this vet, they say they'll call you with your test results etc. but rarel... read more

I am extremely disappointed in the service I received here today, especially as a new client. Dr. Suzie Gough, DVM, was extremely condescending towards me, mind you I am a dog trainer and an animal health enthusiast and I chose to drive 45 minutes to this vet appointment because they claimed to have a holistic outlook on animal care. Within the first minute of the conversation she is explaining how I shouldn't be feeding a species appropriate raw diet. She proceeded to give me other false information on my dog, I do my homew... read more

At first I really liked this vet but this morning I called in to report that my dog was ill and could possibly have ingested some medications or may be having a reaction to the vaccine they gave her 2 days ago. I was told by the receptionist that she would have someone call me back. Well after 2-1/2 hours of not receiving a call, I called them back. The receptionist was totally INDIFFERENT even when I pointed out that it had been 2-1/2 hours since I was told I would get a call back. Then they told me I should take my dog... read more

Bad and incomplete medicine. Dr. Brown sent my pup to an (expensive) specialist prior to determining basic medical facts. Shame on this practice. The referring specialist agreed that Dr. Browns tests were in fact unnecessary based on my pups symptoms, per Aplineglow - Dr. Monahan. Not to mention my past two messages took 72+ hours to return. Awful, awful pet care.

I was misled by all the good reviews. I brought in my dog with skin allergy and had a great first visit but the good experience ended there. I wanted to speak with the vet on his thyroid result, the result came in on Saturday and I didn't get a hold of the vet the Friday after with me calling the office everyday for 5 days. The vet was too busy to speak with me. Then several weeks went by and I wanted to follow up on his lack of progress. I called and left a message and didn't hear back for days. Then I wrote her an email, a... read more

Just got word that my dogs chronic wound is the result of a serious staff infection that will take a long course of antibiotics at minimum to clear. This was never tested for or considered by Dr. Brown. This could have been taken care of months ago if she had taken us seriously.

An unfortunate situation due to lack of follow up. I have been taking my dogs here for over a year and have ongoing health issues with one. Health issues Harmony Vet is well aware of. I called and came in 3 times over a 6 week time span concerned that my dog was in some type of distress, possible distress that Dr Brown was aware of and even suggested supplements to help her liver. Well I found out that the distress and discomfort that my dog did suffer ended up being tumors in her spleen. One ruptured in the middle of t... read more
