The one thing that bothers me when I bring our dog in for a checkup etc., he is taken to the back and often additional stuff is done that costs a lot of money that I did not ask for. I came in for Esme's Revolution "meds" and , as usual, reception was pleasant. I would have given this visit a 5 star except that I was only able to get half of the 6 month med because you were out of stock. I will make another trip in as soon as you call and let me know you now have it. Your staff is so pleasant, I don't mind that at all.
I am disappointed to know that you charge unnecessary fees. I think that is unethical and that's why I will not bring my pet there again. I don't mind paying for the care of my pet but I do mind paying fees for things that are not needed. for example when you spay or neuter a pet you have them stay over night knowing there is on one there or coming in to check on them.
