My cat loves this place! The doctors are knowledgeable and I find the staff always friendly and willing to accommodate me, especially since I am forgetful and often ask them to print out shot records. Another thing that I find really charming is that they have a office cat! Eliza is friendly and I love to pet her when I come in. :) I've seen her swipe at an over-eager child, but she was not being mean, just trying to protect herself from someone from potentially hurting her by petting way too hard. I have been using Green Valley since 2008 and I love them. The staff is wonderful, the vets are great, and I have been completely happy with my dogs' care here. I highly recommend them!

All the bs costs,it's not that I don't think they are capable vets but for instance.say your pet needs rabies shot.they won't give it vaccine unless they give it a physical,and what irks me more is lady at desk says they CANT,there is no CANT there's just WONT because instead of hitting you for 5 minute vacc shot for sub 100$ so I don't have to worry about my dog getting rabies they don't get to charge 300$,not the first time I've heard the desk give me this kind of bs either.once had 2dogs booked to be boarded,up to date o... read more

None of my visits with my pets ever felt honest or genuine. It always felt like I was being herded through the cattle line. It also felt like it was a hard culture to be welcomed into. There is a tech there that shouts while doing intake, very confusing and not gentle at all. No bedside manner. The doctors were always including pricing information with their summary of recommended services. It never felt like they "cared" about my animals. This might be one of the worst animal hospitals ever. My yellow lab is almost two years old and in perfect health. I went today for my dog to get a rabies shot and pills for ticks/flea and heart worm. I waited in my car as they did all these useless treatments for my dog. They even said the vibrate collar on her neck I got from the dog training company sit means sit was giving her a big rash and serious redness because I had it on her so long....
