I am new to the Springfield area and after PLANNING a pregnancy for my all black cat, Morticia and discovering she was pregnant, I made an appointment with Prairiehaven to get her checked out and get an x-ray of my baby girl! Prariehaven Animal Hospital took very good care of our very sick cat Forrest. Each time we had to go, they would say come in now. We decided to put Forrest to sleep and the “whole” staff was so so understanding and very comforting. They allowed us to take our time when making that decision. Kiddos to Dr. Jeremy, Holly, Jackeline, Charlotte and Heather. All the staff I met were above 10+ with customer service. I love this clinic. Thank you all so much. ❤️❤️

I highly recommend Prairiehaven Animal Hospital! I called and they got me in within an hour and a half for my poor kitty with an injured paw. They are so nice and treated us very well, and the facility is very clean and updated. Definitely will be going back with my other animals!

The entire staff of Prairiehaven is remarkable!! Zeus, my service dog, and I felt quite at ease immediately. Dr. Bill treated Zeus's injury wonderfully well. He went through the x-rays and treatment plan with me in a manner that was easily understood. The staff worked with Zeus and his laser treatments professionally and with great compassion. I couldn't ask for a better place to take my dog!! They are wonderful.

Dr Bill and the whole staff were AMAZING with our very sick dog Daisy! They worked hard to figure out what was wrong with her, unfortunately she lost the battle. We couldn’t have asked for better people to take care of her! They all loved on her like she was their own! Very grateful for Dr Bill and the entire staff at Prairie Haven!

Everyone here is truly concerned for your pet and very competent at what they do. They go above and beyond in making sure your pet is okay and call you to check in on them. Although my kitty is gone now, I will definitely be bringing any future pets here!
