AWFUL service! Took our new puppy in for vaccinations. Made it clear we need his vaccinations to board him at the end of the month at a local boarding facility. Took vet records to boarding facility and they said he was missing his flu vaccine. This is a COMMON vaccination for reputable boarding facilities!!! I called 4 Paws and ask them to wave the fee for the technician visit and only charge me for the missing vaccine because although it was made clear at our visit he needed everything to board within the month they at no ... read more
