When my puppy was sick, the staff at Family Pet got her right in, observed her for the day and treated her like their own. She's bouncing back thanks to the excellent care!
The staff was very caring and competent
The staff is fantastic. They care for Lucy like she was a member of their family. They take the time to fully explain what they are doing & results of tests. I feel great knowing that Lucy is in their care.
Everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Bruno was very happy with his grooming, which is rare for him, infact, I got the impression he didn't want to leave. Thank you for a job well done!
Compassionate Staff When we euthanized our dog one year ago; the experience was very sensitively handled - from discussions to help us make the decision - to the actual euthanization.

Pet Struggled with a shot given & vet struggled to hold pet still. Vet herself does struggles with social skills.
