I called COLES veterinary Hospital yesterday to try to acquire some LD hills diet prescription dog food for my Siberian husky puppy ..unfortunately she has been diagnosed with a liver shunt and this is the only diet that we have found that works for her I explained to her that I had three cans left and I was really in need. It doesn't appear that you are a client of this hospital. Like all veterinary hospitals, we do require a valid Veterinary-Client-Patient-Relationship to prescribe and sell medications and prescription diets. For our VCPR to be valid, we do need an examination within the past year. We understand your frustrations, but we do need to follow the law. Terrible staff. If you care about your pets do not take them there. All the pets are is $$$ to the clinic and don’t care about nothing else.
