I’m so happy I found this location. We live close by and have been looking for a vet near our house. One of our cats is sick and they squeezed us in right away and were absolutely great with her. I look forward to switching all our animals over and be closer to home.
Not customer focused. Leave you waiting without telling you what’s holding things up. When I complained I got no explanation or apology. They basically don’t seem to care. I was taking my mom’s dog for an allergy shot. I have 4 animals and drive to Ironton for vet services. Catawba Heights has a bad reputation and I see why.
The staff is always kind and eager to help. My aging dog had a growth behind his eye and Dr Wallace removed all of the cancer. He has adapted and is doing so well now. He plays with the other dogs and is a happy boy. I'm so grateful. Thank you Kayla (vet tech) for your kind words and taking care of Romeo!
I love Dr. Wallace and the staff at Catawba Heights Animal hospital. I’ve been taking all of my family pets there for over 20 years. She is a great asset to the Belmont-Mt. Holly area. The best way to judge a vet and staff? A happy relaxed dog who loved the attention.
Best Vet Techs around. Technicians make the company. And Catawba Heights allows visits with just the technicians negating doctors fees.
