We are very, very pleased with the care our 2 dogs have received from the staff at Bavarian Village Vet. Dr. Hambleton was very good at explaining his diagnosis, as well as explaining the treatment plan we were to follow. The office staff was also very helpful and I was pleased when they were able to squeeze us in on short notice. Clean, friendly environment with doctors and staff who truly care about your pets!
We have always been extremely pleased with the care our miniature Boston Terrier received at this veterinarian clinic. The staff is very cheerful and professional. Dr. Hambleton was extremely kind and caring when we had to have our sweet dog euthanized. He handled it so well and he really help us to go through this difficult and painful time.
Dr. Hambleton was very thorough with our dog and he is very personable. The rest of the staff is great too! I think the prices are reasonable as well. Our dog seemed comfortable here which is the most important thing to us! Big kudos to Bavarian Village Vet!
I'm so happy that Dr. Hambleton and his staff are in Leavenworth. The level of care is excellent, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Equipment is modern and maintained, everything looks clean and sanitary. Dr. Hambleton is the best! The staff is great too. As far as prices go I can't complain and I have to remind previous reviewers that vets go through a lot of schooling and expense to get their degrees. I think Dr. Hambleton offers exceptional care and he will be my go to for my dogs and cat! Thanks again!
Used this place once while staying out at our cabin. Our dog somehow managed to cut herself (it happens occasionally - she's a crazy dog) and we wanted to get it looked at because she was limping badly. We were afraid it was broken or seriously injured. The vet accommodated us at the last minute, gave her a thorough look over and asked us a lot of questions about what might have happened. They do not deserve the 1 star I had to give to post this. OurPomeranian was viciously attacked by a huge dog at our campsite nearby and was in need of care immediately. We called the after hours line and they basically told us since we weren't established patients they aren't coming in to save her. They then told us to go to Pullman instead, hours away and completely in the opposite direction of home. I would recommend NOT taking your pet to this clinic! My dog was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure 6 months ago. He is on life long medications and will not survive without them. About a week ago I requested a refill on one of his medications, which this office DENIED because of a balance oweing! After several phone calls (over 4 days) they finally agreed to fill it, but I fear it is too late. His lungs are filled with fluid and he is losing consciousness periodically. We had a dog who came down with auto immune disease, we were managing it quite well but his teeth were affected. We contacted Cascade to see what options we had. The doctor suggested having his teeth removed, but since the doctor didn't bother with reading his chart, it would have killed him because of the meds he was on, and the type of auto immune. we found this out by a second opinion.
