Carson Veterinary Clinic was originally established in 1982 by Dr. Jim Carson III and has proudly been serving the Acadiana area ever since. The founding principles were and still are honesty, integrity, trust and perhaps the biggest of all, customer service. We perform a wide range of advanced diagnostics and surgery as well as annual examinations, vaccines, flea, tick and heartworm prevention as well as boarding. We take pride in our work and are always willing to go above and beyond for you and your pets!

It was my first visit. I cannot tell you how friendly and efficient the visit was. The staff listened to my ramblings about my cat and it was great to see Jim again. I am so glad I finally decided to make the change.

Dr. Carson, IV was the absolute best at explaining my dog's condition, & I felt confident in his knowledge, assessment & treatment of my pet. I left his clinic with more secure in knowing Dr. Carson & his staff are there for us if an urgent issue arises. Thanks from my pet & me! 😊
