Unfortunately we are looking to leave. Every time we make an appointment we end up waiting 45 minutes- 1 hour to be seen. And that’s only after calling them again and asking them for an update. No matter if it’s a nail clipping or another round of puppy shots. I even take the earliest appointment and still wait while they take people who arrived after me.
I found this company to not be very honest, deceitful actually. We met them at a dog day festival where they had a tent set up and were pushing FREE baths, nail trimming, and ear cleaning. When we called to make our appointment the first time, they said our dog had to have her rabies vaccine. We got her rabies vaccine. Then we called back to schedule her cleaning appointment...with all of her required vaccines completed. Great staff but JUST WAY TO OVERPRICED! Their pricing is crazy expensive! I was just there twice in the last 4 months aside from today and they still charged me for the office visit aside from everything else. They need to work with their customers! Thank god they didn’t charge me the 23 dollars for my dogs nails to be cut! I will be looking at other vets in Raleigh from now on!!
