I would rate them a zero but it's not offered as an option. We are very sad to say Dr. Carabba never examined our puppy Abby's mouth or gums during any of her well visits and this prevented us from detecting her jaw cancer until it was too late to treat. We spread out all her vaccines because we were concerned that multiple vaccines on a single visit could trigger seizures. This is another example of corporations running these Veterinary facilities. I have been bringing 8 animals to this place for several years and paid for a wellness panel $209, in addition to the visit and medications and they asked for the samples back in 2 weeks or I would get a $20 charge. Well, one of the dogs had to be put down at the Emergency Vet and I missed the 14 day window. I was told I had to be over $100 for lab costs, even though I paid for the costs at the well visit. hidden fees and staff lied about cost of follow up. Naturally they denied it. Over priced even for a vets office. Too easy to get an appointment, should of known better and went somewhere else.
