The check in process is very unreasonable. The wait time is in excess of two hours all the time. There is no option to set an appointment. They make you wait outside in your car, but there is no Notification or call to let you know that you’re coming up soon. If they call you and you come back, you go back to the back of the line and wait another hour or two. I wish they would come up with a more reasonable process here. I've been going to BVC for at least the last 25 years. I always recommend BVC to my friends for their reasonable services, but after today having my 2 dogs immunizations done and a nail trim to be hit with a near $300 bill just was very unexpected. I've never paid $144.50 per pet for shots. I was told under new management that they will now always charge the $45.00 exam fee per pet. I always feel as if you don't like cats. Your staff loves on dogs, but cats are another story. Your staff is cold and indifferent to most customers. I only use your services because you get the job done, your prices are fair and d your conveniently located.

Staff does not acknowledge you, wait time after check in is unreasonably long. My mini donkey had expensive, long term complications from his gelding procedure. Donkeys should be ligated but you have to ask they do it or it's not done. Under strong protest, I paid to have them treat an infection that was most likely from the procedure and not aftercare. They are so busy there, they rush everyone through, after a long wait time. Not coming back here.
