Unfortunately, I had to put my cat to rest forever a week ago. The staff at Belton Vet Clinic were so patient and kind throughout the process. I got to spend plenty of time with her before and after, and I was very informed on exactly the steps that were conducted and the steps to follow. The staff showed such compassion and were really a blessing to me during such a difficult time. A week later, I received a handwritten card with messages from the staff. Dr.Erskine I want to say is amazing, as soon as she walked in the room we got a great sense of compassion and all around concern for our fur baby. We came with not good news and she looked into our furbabies records and suggested a couple thing's, and let's just say our furbaby is still with us. What a caring clinic! My dog was a new patient that needed to be put down and the vets were so aware of my situation and checked with me every step of the way. We switched the Belton Veterinary Clinic about a year ago. They are a full service clinic. About five months ago our Beagle began to have issues. Unexplained. Couldn’t find a diagnosis. They were very kind with him. The day we deiced he was suffering too much we took him in. The Vet we saw wasn’t the best. But in the end, our baby was suffering and I made the very hard decision to let him go. To be pain free. This past week out of the blue our lab started having grand mal seizures. Service is good. Service isn't bad at all. My one main complaint is I didn't receive a phone call! My dog has stayed over night twice for heartworm treatments twice. The first time was one night, the second was 2 nights. I was appalled the first time, but didn't leave a bad comment. I just made sure to tell both the receptionist to leave a note to make sure to call me, and then I told the nurse I left my dog with. Why did I still not recieve a call?? Absolutely ridiculous. I have NEVER found a better, friendlier, more loving & compassionate vet clinic ANYWHERE!!!! When I needed y'all most, when Maximus was shot, you were there & I can NEVER thank y'all enough!!!!! I have lived ALL over the world & use MANY vets for my dogs & when I had horses & absolutely NONE have cone even close to comparing to y'all!!!! Thank you for everything y'all have done & still do!!! I will NEVER forget it or y'all!!!
